All orders placed are subject to acceptance by us. Flue Gas Point may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances. On any such occasion Flue Gas Point will email you to make you aware as soon as it is possible to do so.
You will receive an email, once your order is in process detailing your order reference and details of the product(s) you have ordered. Please note that this email is an acknowledgement only and is not an acceptance of your order.
Although Flue Gas Point always endeavour to keep a stock of all items advertised on the website, occasionally products you order may not be available or discontinued by a manufacturer. If this happens we will contact you to ask what you would like to do, either cancellation of the order, wait for re-stock or choose an alternative item, In the event of a cancellation any sum debited by Flue Gas Point from your debit/credit card will be refunded in full to the same card.
Returns and Cancellation Policy
At Flue Gas Point we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. However occasionally we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.
Delivery Information
We carry in stock the majority of the test equipment listed. Delivery is normally 2-4 working days from the time the order is placed. If we have a delay on a certain product any longer than this period we will contact you to let you know.
Returns Policy
If you change your mind or are simply not satisfied with your purchase then you can simply return the order within 7 days of dispatch.
Warranty periods
You can rest assured that when you buy from Flue Gas Point your gas monitors will come with a warranty. All of our monitors are covered by the manufacturer, from 2-4 years, however, each one varies in regards to the period they are under warranty for, therefore, please check the datasheet of that particular monitor for more information before you purchase.
We accept the return of all orders provided that:
• The goods are in their undamaged original packaging as the order was received
• All accessories are present
• The equipment is in its original condition as sold

Defective Items
All of our items are quality checked before going out of the door however should you receive a defective item we’ll gladly sort it out for you. Just see "To return an item" below for details.
To Return An Item
In the event of a return, the buyer should arrange delivery at their own expense. Firstly, contact us about your return on 01704 330 315, we will issue you with an RMA number and supply further instructions.
Clearly write the RMA number on the packaging next to the address provided. The refund will be processed through your initial method of payment; bear in mind that all returns will incur a 25% restocking fee in accordance with our returns policy.
Goods must be returned to us via a signed-delivery service. This is really important as any goods that have been lost or damaged in transit will be your responsibility.
Should the returns request fall outside of the aforementioned 30 day period, no authorization will be given without the prior written approval of the Seller.

Free Calibration Voucher
Redemption:
This voucher is valid for a one-time use only and cannot be redeemed more than once.
The voucher is applicable to a single serial number and one specific unit only. Please ensure the serial number and unit details are correctly provided at the time of redemption.
Scope of Service:
The voucher entitles the holder to one specific calibration service as detailed in the voucher description.
This voucher cannot be used for any other services, including but not limited to repairs, maintenance, or any other type of servicing.
This voucher excludes collection
This voucher includes return delivery, mainland UK only, excludes all over territories.
Exclusions:
The voucher excludes all parts and labour costs. Any parts that may be required during the calibration process are not covered by this voucher and will incur additional charges.
Labour costs associated with the calibration service are not included and will be billed separately if applicable.
Non-Transferable and Non-Exchangeable:
The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.
This voucher has no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other financial consideration.
Validity:
The voucher must be redeemed within the validity period specified. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.
Other Conditions:
This voucher cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
The issuer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
The issuer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
Issuance and Use:
The voucher must be presented at the time of service to be valid.
Any misuse of the voucher will result in immediate voiding of the voucher.
