Description
The KANE WHP2 Wireless Hygrometer Probes consist of two ultra-slim (6 mm) wireless sensors engineered to measure air temperature and relative humidity simultaneously. Their slender profile means minimal intrusion when installing in ducts, wall cavities, or other test points, making them ideal for HVAC, indoor air quality investigations, environmental monitoring, and building diagnostics. In the KANE app or linked analysers, the probes support psychrometric calculations (e.g. dew point, humidity ratio, enthalpy) and temperature split computations to give deeper insight into environmental conditions.
Each probe operates over a temperature range of 0 to 60 °C (±0.3 °C accuracy) and relative humidity range of 0 to 100 % (0.1 % resolution, ±3 % accuracy between 20–80 %, ±5 % outside that band). The wireless line-of-sight transmission extends to 100 m, enabling remote reading without cables. Designed to integrate seamlessly with the KANE LINK™ analysers or the KANE-HUB mobile app, these probes enhance flexibility and ease of data capture for field technicians.
