Description
KANE-IIA CO Incident Investigation Analyser
The KANE-IIA is a professional-grade carbon monoxide incident investigation analyser engineered to perform detailed CO testing and diagnostics in domestic, commercial, and industrial environments. It is designed to handle incident investigations, room/appliance CO migration, and appliance sweep tests, combining ambient CO, flue gas CO, O₂, CO₂, pressure & temperature measurements in one integrated solution.
With built-in KANE LINK technology, the IIA can wirelessly integrate with multiple KANE-COL CO monitors (up to 4) for simultaneous ambient / room CO measurements, enabling faster and more comprehensive analysis of CO spread.
Key Features
-
Performs CO incident investigation tests with full capability in one analyser
-
Supports tightness, let-by, and gas pressure tests up to 2 psi / 160 mbar
-
Measures appliance CO emissions up to 100,000 ppm (10 %)
-
Flue gas analysis: O₂ & CO₂ measurements without needing fuel reference
-
Supports BS7967 2-minute appliance sweep test mode
-
Wireless KANE LINK support: combines measurements from up to 4 KANE-COL ambient CO monitors and integrates with KANE-DTHA2 for indoor air measurement
-
Large colour display showing data from linked devices, easy “See, Save & Send” workflow
-
Rugged, battery-powered for field use
-
Supplied with UKAS calibration certificate as standard
-
Lifetime (or extended) warranty when serviced & recertified under KANE’s service programme (KANE CARE)
Applications include: CO incident investigations, CMDDA 5/15/30-minute appliance & room CO tests, combined appliance + room CO testing, multi-room CO spread analysis, indoor air and ventilation measurement (with optional probe)
Measurement Capabilities:
-
Differential pressure: ±160 mbar (up to 2 psi)
