The KANE EGA-5 is a high-end, battery-powered, 5-gas exhaust gas analyser built for professional engine diagnostics, emissions testing, and combustion evaluation. With its large colour graphic display, it provides real-time visibility of up to five gas measurements simultaneously, making it suitable for vehicle, generator, or industrial exhaust analysis. The EGA-5 utilises NDIR (non-dispersive infrared) sensors designed to meet official test standards, enabling fast warm-up and accurate readings under varying environmental conditions.
Equipped for real-world conditions, the instrument supports wireless connectivity with KANE LINK and KANE LIVE to transfer data to mobile apps or cloud systems. It can store over 200 test records, and its rechargeable battery provides a minimum of 4 hours of operation. The rugged design features a protective rubber sleeve and magnet mounts for convenient hands-free use.
