Description
The KANE KMCP2 (also referred to as the CP2) Combustion Probe is a compact sampling tool engineered for flue gas analysis in boiler, furnace, and heating system diagnostics. The probe measures approximately 24 cm (240 mm) in length, features a 6 mm diameter shaft, and is fitted with a moulded ergonomic handle for easy grip and controlled insertion into flues or appliance sampling points.
Included with the probe is a 2 m neoprene hose to route the sampled gas back to an analyser, allowing flexible positioning during measurement. It also includes a depth-stop cone (or depth control) to regulate insertion depth—helping avoid damage to the probe or the appliance. The KMCP2 probe is compatible with a range of KANE flue gas analysers (e.g., KANE 250, 425, 450, 455, 458, etc.).
